Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT)
A novel approach to myofascial pain, neuromuscular therapists are specialists in the treatment of trigger points, chronic pain and minor soft tissue injuries. The clinical application of neuromuscular techniques in European and American settings is very different. The assessment and treatment skills of NMTs are unique within therapy professions and their perspective on pain and changes in sensation provide a fresh look at unresolved pain. Online consultations can take 30 mins and combine assessment, home exercise and appropriate referral.
Technical, theoretical or business mentorship consists of one to one question and answer type sessions or lectures or technical training as desired. Many therapists don’t think of the right questions to ask until after they qualify or find holes in their knowledge, especially where the business aspects of becoming a therapist in private practice are concerned. Having established multiple clinics, tendered and negotiated annual contracts, worked within the sales and marketing sphere, managed entire leisure facilities and also delivered neuromuscular therapy programs at the highest practical level internationally, I can promise you a no nonsense, relevant experience for you or your staff. You’re in good hands.

Teaching and presenting neuromuscular therapy takes me across the country so if you or your organisation require a presentation on pain, trigger points, bodywork or movement therapies or you need event massage or activities for your corporate wellness day, don’t hesitate to ask and I will do my best to facilitate.
