01 / GET SET
A board becomes a controller.
Before physical exercise, complete the current official PAR-Q+ and any required follow-up using the link in the screening popup. Confirm the outcome before starting physical exercise. Use PAR-Q+ check in the header to review this whenever your health changes. Confirmation applies only to this page visit; demo preview does not require exercise.
Open this game directly in Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Android. Tap Enable phone motion and allow access when prompted. Use HTTPS; some in-app browsers block motion.
Use a stable, suitable rocker or wobble board with a clear area and a fixed support within reach. Secure the phone face-up on a nonslip surface, away from your feet, with its top pointing forwards. Keep it in that position throughout.
With the board held at its neutral position, tap Calibrate board and keep it still for two seconds. Then start: the ten-second countdown gives you time to position yourself safely. For single-leg tasks, secure the phone off-centre, away from the supporting foot.
02 / FIND THE RHYTHM
Control beats speed.
Rocking: follow the moving target slowly and smoothly. Only the intended axis drives the target; movement on the other axis reduces accuracy.
Steady balance: keep the blue ball within the green octagon. The octagon and ball glow green when the ball’s centre is inside. The game scores the proportion of time spent within it.
Audio cues announce preparation and session completion. Stop whenever you need to; do not reach for your phone while balancing. Step off safely first.
Only attempt exercises suitable for you. Single-leg and squat tasks are optional advanced activities: the phone cannot check your posture, foot placement or squat depth.
03 / THE NEXT CHAPTER
From college to the web.
Created by Kevin Prunty and three friends as an Android Flash project, Tremble Training brought levels and achievements to board-based balance practice. This web edition preserves the original logo, blue octagonal board, silver target, blue ball and ten-exercise balance sequence. The four stage names return from the original Photoshop designs: Beginner, Intermediate, Pro and Tremble Titan.
Scores describe board-control gameplay, not a clinical balance assessment. The four stages and scoring thresholds are provisional. Test and refine them before using progression with clients.
Original balance demonstrations are linked from each challenge. Tremble Vision also includes the original flexibility and stamina video links. Stamina now has a five-speed stepping guide controlled by exertion or live heart rate; Flexibility pairs these tutorials with an adjustable practice timer. Neither branch awards balance scores.
04 / YOUR DEVICE
Simple, private, portable.
Allow motion access, keep this page visible and leave the screen unlocked. Interruptions and stale sensor data stop the session without saving a score. Recalibrate after moving the phone or rotating the screen.
Motion is processed locally. No account, camera, microphone or location is needed. Clearing browser data removes progress; export a copy from Your journey.
If motion is blocked, open the page directly in your phone browser and check its site permissions. Demo mode works without sensors. If progress storage is unavailable, you can still play but your results may disappear after closing the page.
